1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, and using the PasteOnline application and service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PasteOnline provides cloud-based clipboard storage and cross-platform synchronization services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PasteOnline for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Store sensitive information (passwords, credit card numbers) without understanding the security risks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload our service

3. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the current subscription fee for each renewal period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect on your next renewal date.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged upon trial conclusion unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Trial periods cannot be transferred.

No Refunds

All charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play.

4. Service Description

PasteOnline provides cloud-based clipboard storage and synchronization services. We store your clipboard content securely in the cloud and enable you to access it across multiple devices and platforms. You are responsible for the content you store using our service. We do not monitor, review, or filter your clipboard content, except as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

5. Clipboard Content and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all clipboard content you store using PasteOnline. You represent and warrant that you have the right to store and synchronize such content. You agree not to store content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws, but we are not obligated to monitor your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

PasteOnline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of clipboard data, revenue, or profits. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee that your clipboard content will never be accessed by unauthorized parties. You use our service at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PasteOnline, its owners, and operators harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your clipboard content, or violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of PasteOnline (including software, text, images, and service design) are owned by PasteOnline or our content suppliers and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Your clipboard content remains your property, and we do not claim ownership of it.

9. Third-Party Services

PasteOnline may integrate with third-party services including cloud storage providers and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their operations or practices.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with app functionality or security

11. Account Suspension and Data Retention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your rights to use PasteOnline cease immediately. We may delete your stored clipboard content after a reasonable period following account termination. You are responsible for backing up any important clipboard content.

12. Modifications to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue PasteOnline at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or discontinuations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant service changes when possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PasteOnline operates, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from PasteOnline shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims of intellectual property infringement or injunctive relief, which may be pursued in court.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
